Why We Do This

Back in 2022, I helped a friend with flowers for her daughter's wedding. The original florist canceled two weeks before the event. What started as emergency help turned into something bigger.

Guests kept asking who did the arrangements. Not because they were perfect—some stems were shorter than others, honestly—but because they felt personal. They matched the couple's story instead of following a template.

Now we work with about 15-20 events per month across Baku. Weddings, yes. But also corporate launches where companies want something beyond the standard rose-and-lily combo. Small gatherings where hosts care more about atmosphere than Instagram moments.

Our mobile setup means we can work at your venue. Which matters more than you'd think—we've salvaged arrangements that would've wilted during transport, adjusted designs when we saw the actual lighting, and problem-solved weather issues on the spot.

How This Actually Works

Most clients find the process more straightforward than expected. Here's the typical timeline from first contact to event day.

We meet at your venue or ours—whichever works. You show us inspiration photos, we ask about budget and priorities. Takes about 45 minutes. No commitment required at this stage.

Design Proposal

Within a week, you get sketches and sample combinations. We include three options at different price points because budget flexibility varies. Most clients adjust their initial vision after seeing what's possible.

Refinement Phase

Two rounds of changes are included. Usually involves swapping specific flowers or adjusting quantities. We source samples if you want to see colors in person before committing.

Event Day Setup

We arrive early to arrange everything on-site. Mobile approach means we handle last-minute adjustments that always come up—moved tables, changed lighting, unexpected weather for outdoor events.
